How long will my face oil refill last?
Our 100 ml refill lasts a long time. Using just 3–5 drops for your face and neck gives you roughly 400–650 applications, meaning many months of use. It can also be used as a nourishing body oil, or massage oil, making it even more versatile.
Are your gift wrappings reusable?
Yes! All of our gift wrappings are 100% home compostable and can be reused before recycling or composting, giving them a second life while keeping your gift beautiful and zero-waste.
Can I compost the stickers too?
Stickers should be removed and recycled. Many people don’t realise that paper or cardboard with ink shouldn’t be composted, as truly natural, biodegradable inks are still very hard to find.
Can I compost the cardboard pots with leftover product in them?
Rinse out any leftover product first – this removes ingredients like baking soda (that don’t help compost) and helps the cardboard break down faster.
What if I don’t have a compost bin?
No compost bin? No problem! You can recycle the cardboard pots after removing stickers and rinsing out any leftover product. Recycle stickers as well.
How do I use the face oil refill? Do I need a pipette?
Pour your 100 ml refill into a smaller bottle, or use the 100 ml bottle directly with a pipette for easy application.
How long does each product last after opening?
We recommend using products within 6 months after opening. Many products may stay good for much longer if you make sure that no water gets inside, as water can introduce bacteria and reduce shelf life.
