Products & orders
We sell handmade and carefully selected natural, vegan cosmetic products. While we aim to describe and photograph products accurately, there may be slight variations in colour or texture due to their natural nature.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including stock issues or incorrect pricing.

Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later – subject to Klarna’s approval)
All payments must be completed before your order is shipped.
shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day, but during busy periods it may take up to 4 working days.You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Orders with products on backorder will be dispatched in 2-5 days after they are placed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our control.

If you change your mind, you may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
